Automotive Accounting Clerk

MetroWest Acura, MetroWest Hyundai and Genesis of Framingham are currently looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team! Responsibilities:Assist registry clerk with processing timely submission of all registrations when needed.Processing all payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles.Maintain titles and MSO's for new and used inventory Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory Maintaining all schedules associated with all vehicle sales Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Assist office manager with other duties as needed.Qualifications:2years of automotive accounting experience is required.Must have CVR certification and be up to date with all registry policies.Must have experience with automotive titles.Strong attention to detail.Computer literacy:comfortable with Microsoft office outlook and excel.Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily.Professional demeanor and work ethic.Professional appearance Ability to work as a team member and independently.Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience a plus.Experience with processing and posting deals preferred but not required.CDK experience preferred This position requires availability of Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$52,000.00 - $58,240.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Framingham, MA 01702 (Required) Work Location:In person.
