Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Automotive Detail Manager to lead our vehicle cleaning and presentation team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of vehicle detailing operations, ensuring every car meets our high standards of cleanliness and appearance. You will manage a team of detailers, coordinate workflow, and uphold quality control to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise daily detailing operations, including washing, waxing, interior cleaning, polishing, and paint correction to achieve pristine vehicle conditions. Lead and motivate a team of detailers by providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to maintain high standards of craftsmanship. Coordinate workflow schedules to optimize productivity and meet deadlines for vehicle turnaround times. Conduct quality inspections on completed vehicles to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing safety protocols and proper equipment handling. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and detailing products to ensure availability for daily operations. Foster a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery. Requirements Proven supervising or management experience in automotive detailing or related janitorial/custodial fields. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to automotive surfaces including paint, glass, upholstery, and trim. Experience with hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is a plus, demonstrating ability to oversee service quality in fast-paced environments. Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and products used in automotive detailing. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in laundry or custodial roles within hospitality settings is advantageous.
