Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Automotive Diagnostic Specialist to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with expertise in engine and powertrain systems and the ability to work on various vehicle types.This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that all diagnostics and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.Duties Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicles to identify issues.Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and inspections.Repair and replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.Utilize schematics and technical manuals to guide diagnosis and repair processes.Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.Communicate effectively regarding repair needs and service recommendations.Requirements 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role with a specialization in diagnostics.Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and vehicle maintenance practices.Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment Including scanners, multimeters, and other testing equipment.Ability to test wiring for voltage, continuity, and load to diagnose issues.Familiarity with engine and powertrain system electronic modules Excellent interpersonal service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems.Ability to use a computer to update work orders with details and navigate our shop management system.A valid driver's license is required.MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality automotive services.If you have the skills we're looking for, we encourage you to apply!
