Dispatcher – Company Fleet 📍 In-Office | Manheim, Pennsylvania Adcock Transport is growing, and we’re looking for a Fleet Dispatcher to keep our company trucks running smoothly. This role is all about coordinating schedules, supporting drivers, and ensuring on-time deliveries. What You’ll Do Assign and schedule loads for company trucks Support drivers with real-time communication and solutions Track equipment and monitor on-time delivery Communicate with driver and fleet manager for maintenance schedules Update and manage load information in our TMS Work with customers to confirm appointments and requirements Keep operations compliant, efficient, and safe Be available to assist drivers as needed after hours, weekends, and holidays What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Computer and TMS knowledge (or willingness to learn) Familiarity with DOT regulations a plus High school diploma or GED required Prior dispatch or transportation experience preferred Why Join Us?
