Responsibilities Responsible for dispatching, monitoring, and controlling technician workloads. Manage the efficiency of the technicians Timely distribution of workloads. Process all Used Car Inspection Repair Orders and Purchase orders Keep ASMs updated on the status of repair orders, problems, delays and requests. Maintain all technician's booked hours Provide supervisor with status reports Monday through Saturday with day off during the week Qualifications Dealership Service Experience as must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills. Detail oriented. Computer skills with a DMS system and Excel required Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
