Automotive Estimator

We are seeking a detail-driven Estimator to join our client's trusted team.You'll be the key liaison between customers, technicians, and insurance partners--ensuring accurate repair assessments and smooth communication throughout the process.What You'll Do:Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair needs Create precise estimates for labor and materials Collaborate with the Collision Center Manager to finalize work scopes Negotiate with insurance companies and customers Order parts, generate work orders, and oversee repair progress Maintain clear communication with customers Conduct quality checks and finalize paperwork What You Bring:High school diploma or GED Strong computer and analytical skills Experience with CCC Pathways (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Schedule:Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Express Employment Professionals provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.Medical benefits 401K Direct Deposit Weekly Pay Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Job Type:Full-time Pay:$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:Auto estimating:1 year (Required) Ability to Commute:Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077 (Required) Work Location:In person.
