Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Express Lube Technician, where your expertise in vehicle maintenance and automotive service will keep our customers moving confidently. In this energetic role, you will perform quick, high-quality oil changes, tire services, and basic vehicle inspections with efficiency and precision. Responsibilities Perform oil changes using appropriate tools and equipment, ensuring all specifications are met for different vehicle makes and models Conduct tire rotations, replacements, and tire pressure checks to optimize vehicle safety and performance Assist with basic vehicle inspections including fluid levels, brake checks, and light functionality Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks efficiently Support alignment services by preparing vehicles and assisting with setup as needed Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used fluids and parts in accordance with safety protocols Engage with customers professionally to explain services performed and recommend additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate Experience Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems Familiarity with automotive service procedures such as oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment in an automotive setting Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients while explaining technical work clearly Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling tires, parts, or vehicle components Service technician experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their automotive repair skills while delivering exceptional service.
