Join BMW of Ridgefield as an IT Assistant! Location:Ridgefield, CT Schedule:Full-Time Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hourly Rate:$22-$26/hour (based on experience) Keeler is seeking a dependable, tech-savvy professional to join our BMW of Ridgefield team as an IT Assistant.In is role, you will support daily technology operations across departments, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently to keep our dealership performing at its best.This position requires hands-on technical support and occasional travel to other Keeler locations.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical support for staff (hardware, software, printers, phones, etc.) Travel to different store locations as needed to provide IT support Physically troubleshoot and resolve equipment (wires) and system issues on-site Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and user issues Assist with system updates, installations, and maintenance Support dealership management systems and user access Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation Requirements:Previous IT support or technical experience preferred Dealership IT experience preferred Ability and willingness to physically resolve technical issues (equipment setup, hardware replacement, cabling, etc.) Ability to travel between dealership locations as required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 Excellent communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users Professional demeanor consistent with the BMW brand Benefits include:Medical and Dental Coverage 401(k) Plan Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Paid Holidays and Time Off Company Gatherings & Community Outreach All applicants are subject to a background check and drug screening.#IND3.
