Job Title: Automotive Mechanic Job Type: Full-Time Good mechanics are hard to find. We know it. You know it. We need someone who knows how to work on a wide range of vehicles, works clean, and doesn't need someone standing over their shoulder to get it done right. BENEFITS Fully paid health insurance - covered entirely by us Consistent, steady workload year-round Stable schedule - no flat-rate games, no commission pressure on your bay Team that respects your time and your craft WHAT YOU'LL DO Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles across a diverse inventory Handle general mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, engines, electrical, and drivetrain Complete oil changes, routine maintenance, and safety checks Document all work accurately and efficiently WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Proven hands-on experience as an automotive mechanic Ability to diagnose accurately without relying on someone else to tell you what's wrong Experience working on a wide range of makes and models Your own basic set of tools Valid driver's license with a clean record ASE certifications preferred - not required if your experience speaks for itself WHO THIS IS NOT FOR Someone who needs a service writer to tell them what to fix Someone who cuts corners on safety inspections Someone looking for a temporary or seasonal position ABOUT US We are a growing and we are building for the long term.
