Experienced Automotive Office Manager Due to the demand of business and continued growth our Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Office Manager.This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join us as a key member of our management structure.If you are an experienced Automotive Office Manager with a strong background in auto dealership operations we want to talk to you.We are looking for sharp, energetic, motivated and hard-working team players that can integrate with our experienced staff members.Our work environment includes:Modern office setting Growth opportunities Great work environment Job Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for the accurate representation of the financial condition of the dealership, maintains accurate records.Assist the Controller with all office process and policies. Duties Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes - Maintain organizational efficiency by implementing and improving office procedures - Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Prepare and complete financial statement and ensure it is submitted in a timely manner each month. Work with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Post payables on a daily basis. Receipt all money from all departments. Experience Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with Dealer Trak DMS is preferred. Experience in human resources tasks such as employee onboarding and record keeping - Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as an office manager in an automobile dealership. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
