Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts stock levels. Process parts orders and returns efficiently using dealership systems. Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone. Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for repairs. Keep the parts counter and storage area organized and clean. Stay updated on new parts, products, and automotive technology. ## Requirements Previous experience in automotive parts or retail sales preferred. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
