Automotive Porter / Shop Support Associate – Metro Motor Pay: $800–$1,000 per week Position Type: Full-Time About the Role Metro Motor is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Automotive Porter / Shop Support Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced automotive environment where you will play an important part in keeping shop operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Strong performers will have opportunities to grow into sales and service advisor roles or continue developing into a technician position within the company. Responsibilities Move vehicles safely throughout the property and maintain lot organization Assist customers at the fuel pumps when needed Help customers with tire pressure and minor tire repairs Wash and vacuum customer vehicles Assist with vehicle inspections and general check-in flow Support technicians with basic services including oil changes and general shop assistance Keep the shop, lot, and customer areas clean and organized Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner Help maintain efficient workflow throughout the day Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the day Positive attitude and willingness to learn Automotive experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Growth Weekly pay: $800–$1,000 per week depending on experience and performance Full-time opportunity Growth opportunities into: Service Advisor / Sales positions Technician roles Why Metro Motor?
