Automotive Sales & Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Sales Specialist to manage a high volume of inbound leads (1,000per month).This role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience while assisting buyers through the vehicle purchasing and financing process.No cold calling -- all leads are provided.Responsibilities Handle and respond to high-volume inbound leads Provide exceptional customer service from first contact to vehicle delivery Guide customers through the car buying and financing process Verify and maintain accurate customer information Schedule and manage appointments and follow-ups Maintain detailed CRM notes and records Assist with vehicle transfers/relocation between locations when needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Comfortable driving vehicles between locations Sales or automotive experience preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits $18/hour base pay Bonus structure after 30 days On-target earnings:$60,000/year Consistent inbound lead flow (no prospecting required) Growth opportunities within the company Schedule Full-time Weekend availability required Work Location In person (Arlington, TX) Pay:$38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Experience:Customer service:2 years (Required) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person.
