In this role, you will be the key driver of vehicle sales, providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to prospective buyers. Your enthusiasm for automobiles and strong communication skills will help you build lasting relationships, identify customer needs, and close high-end sales efficiently. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match clients with suitable vehicles, emphasizing high-end models when appropriate Negotiate terms, prices, and financing options to secure mutually beneficial deals while maintaining dealership profitability Manage inventory control and ensure accurate inventory management using CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales progress Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, utilizing public speaking skills to educate customers about vehicle features and benefits Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by establishing relationships with corporate clients or fleet buyers Skills Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or related automotive roles with dealership experience preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are highly valued) and phone etiquette for effective outreach Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate recordkeeping and analysis Exceptional organizational skills to manage a busy sales pipeline and follow-up schedules efficiently Skilled in outbound sales strategies including cold calling and marketing outreach to attract new customers Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally and maintain positive relationships Knowledge of automotive products, inventory control, public speaking, and retail math principles to support effective selling techniques Join us as an AUTOMOTIVE SALESMAN where your energy, expertise, and passion for cars will drive success!
