Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities.Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet individual customer needs.Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership.Manage and nurture a sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and accessories to maximize revenue.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current inventory levels, vehicle specifications, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.Support inventory management efforts by coordinating with the dealership team on vehicle availability and stock control.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages referrals and repeat business.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract high-end clients and expand B2B (business-to-business) relationships.Uphold professional phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with clients via phone or in person.Experience Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is highly desirable; dealership experience is a plus.Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments demonstrates your ability to handle complex negotiations.Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and maintaining organized sales pipelines is preferred.Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding organizational skills enable you to close deals efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for connecting with diverse client bases.Experience in public speaking or presenting can enhance your ability to confidently showcase vehicles and engage customers effectively.Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and automotive industry standards will support your success in this role.Join us as an Automotive Salesperson if you're energetic about cars, passionate about customer service, and eager to grow within a vibrant dealership environment!
