Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this role, you will actively engage with prospective buyers, showcase our premium 3000 plus vehicle inventory, and build lasting relationships that turn prospects into loyal customers. We sell over 4000 cars per year at the Chevrolet/Cadillac store and over 12000 cars per year in our group so it is a fast paced environment. It's an excellent opportunity for an energetic person. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct in-depth vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences. Negotiate sales terms effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress, ensuring organized sales support. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external partners. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Qaulifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills combined with a results-driven attitude to close high-end sales successfully. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer groups effectively. Excellent organizational skills to manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems to streamline sales processes. Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette, to foster trust and rapport with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced dealership environment.
