Responsibilities Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities. Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers in a compelling and professional manner. Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Negotiate terms and pricing effectively to maximize sales while maintaining customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients both online and offline. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse clientele and expand market reach. Excellent organizational skills for managing a robust sales pipeline and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Familiarity with CRM software platforms for tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales metrics. Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for premium automobiles is essential. Exceptional communication skills including public speaking and phone etiquette to effectively present products and handle objections. Knowledge of inventory management practices, retail math, and automotive industry standards such as dealership experience is advantageous. Strong customer service orientation combined with organizational skills to support ongoing client relationships and repeat business.
