Duties Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, including auto diagnostics, transmissions, brake repair, oil changes, suspension, tire service, and more Prepare accurate auto estimates and service writing that clearly outline work scope and costs Upsell additional services such as alignments, shocks & struts, diesel engine repairs, air brake systems, and auto body repairs to enhance customer value Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately while managing invoices and payment processing Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote ongoing vehicle maintenance Requirements Proven dealership experience or service advisor background in an automotive setting Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes including mechanical knowledge, automotive diagnostics, and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience with auto estimating software and service writing practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Familiarity with a wide range of automotive systems such as transmissions, oil changes, alignment, suspension, tire service, shocks & struts, brake repair, diesel engines, air brakes, etc.Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trust Previous mechanic or service technician experience is highly desirable to better understand technical aspects of repairs Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care!
