Job Description
Duties:Enhance Stuckey Automotive Customer Experience Advises customers at auto dealerships about their repair needs by taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner Schedules appointments, answer phones and collects funds for service Verifies warranty and service contract coverage Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor Prepares repair orders Maintains excellent customer rapport Maintains automotive records Continuous learning by participating in education opportunities and required training Attends to customers in waiting areas as well as driving them home or to work as needed Ensure cleanliness of service write up area Follow Guidelines set in Stuckey Automotive Handbook Work with Service Manager to met and exceed any deadlines Meet and/or maintain all requirements for Job function Requirements:Valid Driver's License Must Submit and Pass Drug Screening Understanding of Stuckey Automotive's Excellent Customer Service Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Kindness Driven and Passionate to achieve growth and goals Excellent Communication skills Strong Professional Manners Note:This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Experience:Customer service:4 years (Required) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person.
