Automotive Service Advisor Gary Yeomans Honda is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Daytona Beach, FL. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional service experience and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival. Listen carefully to customers' vehicle service concerns and accurately document service requests. Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repair options, and pricing to customers. Coordinate with technicians to expedite vehicle repair and maintenance processes. Maintain effective communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles. Manage service appointments and ensure the timely completion of work. Maintain accurate service records and process customer payments efficiently. Promote and sell additional service products, maintenance plans, and warranties. Requirements Prior experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services. Proficiency in computer applications and service management software.
