Your day will include Customer Communication - Answer phones, schedule appointments, and greet walk-in customers Service Management - Check in vehicles, review repair orders, and provide status updates throughout the day Sales & Estimates - Prepare and present quotes to customers Payment Processing - Handle checkout, process payments (cash, check, credit card), and manage payment arrangements Follow-Up - Make customer retention calls and ensure outstanding service Administrative Support - Use shop management software, order parts, process warranty claims, and maintain
