In this energetic role, you will serve as the vital link between our valued customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring vehicle repairs and maintenance are communicated clearly and efficiently. Your expertise will help customers understand their vehicle needs, provide accurate estimates, and recommend additional services to enhance vehicle performance. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and gather detailed information about their automotive needs Write clear, comprehensive service orders and estimates using auto estimating tools, ensuring transparency and accuracy Communicate repair recommendations effectively, upselling necessary services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, transmissions, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repair work and ensure timely completion of services Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote ongoing vehicle maintenance plans Maintain detailed records of all service activities, customer interactions, and repair histories for future reference Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive service management and customer relations Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures including transmissions, oil changes, brake systems, suspensions, alignments, tire services, diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, and auto body repairs Skilled in auto estimating software and sales techniques to upsell additional services confidently Mechanic experience or service technician background is highly desirable to better understand technical aspects of repairs Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining integrity and professionalism Familiarity with automotive repair processes including vehicle maintenance schedules and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and service documentation Embark on a career that combines your passion for automobiles with your talent for delivering outstanding customer experiences!
