NOW HIRING — SENIOR SERVICE ADVISORMedina’s ACE Auto | Medina, Ohio Medina’s ACE Auto is a growing family-owned repair shop looking for an experienced Service Advisor to help us continue building a high-quality, organized, customer-focused shop. This is NOT a corporate dealership environment. We are building a shop focused on: honesty quality thorough inspections strong customer relationships teamwork doing the right thing We are looking for someone who can help bring structure, communication, and leadership to the front counter while keeping workflow moving efficiently throughout the shop. What This Position Looks Like You’ll be communicating with customers presenting estimates and recommendations coordinating workflow with technicians helping prioritize repairs keeping customers updated assisting with scheduling and organization helping build efficient shop processes This role is ideal for: an experienced independent shop advisor OR a former technician who moved into advising and understands both the technical and customer side of the business. Previous Technician Experience is a HUGE Plus We highly value candidates who: understand diagnostics can communicate effectively with technicians understand inspections and repair priorities can help keep workflow moving smoothly can explain repairs clearly to customers We’re Looking For Someone Who: enjoys talking and building relationships stays calm under pressure is organized and dependable communicates professionally genuinely cares about customers works well with a team can multitask in a fast-paced environment wants to grow with a long-term business Experience Preferred Automotive service advising Independent repair shop experience Tekmetric experience is a plus Previous technician experience strongly preferred Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Performance incentives available Growth opportunity as the shop grows Schedule Monday–Friday No weekends!
