AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE BDC Representative Bert Smith Subaru/VW is hiring for Business Development Center Representatives for our Service Departments. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support. OPPORTUNITY Starting pay is $18 per hour! This is a call center position where duties include answering inbound calls, setting service appointments, as well as outbound calls following up on recent services. REQUIREMENTS The most important qualities we are looking for in a candidate are:Clear, cordial phone etiquette. ·Team player, while also being able to work independently. Great listening and problem solving skills. MUST be great at multi-tasking. Ability to self-start and complete tasks in a timely manner with little to no supervision.
