About the Role As an Automotive Service Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our service center by fostering strong client relationships and optimizing daily shop workflows. You will utilize your technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure high-quality service delivery while mentoring team members to achieve peak performance. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by effectively consulting with guests on necessary tire and automotive maintenance services. Act as the primary bridge between technical staff and customers to ensure clear communication and high satisfaction. Oversee daily department operations, including technician scheduling and workflow management to meet turnaround targets. Facilitate the professional development and training of service staff to maintain high operational standards. Communicate complex warranty information and current service promotions to guests clearly and accurately. Apply manufacturer guidelines to provide data-driven service recommendations that prioritize vehicle safety. Uphold a professional, safe, and organized environment for both staff and visitors. Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing to manage inventory and shop equipment. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience within an automotive service environment. Valid driver's license and ability to meet age requirements. Proven ability to analyze operational data and resolve service-related challenges. Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedural compliance. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
