Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Writer, located in the Pueblo-Cañon City area. The Service Writer will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. Daily tasks include scheduling service appointments, providing timely quotes, explaining repair details, coordinating with technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of repairs and transactions. Qualifications Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ability to manage client interactions professionally Basic Computer Literacy and ability to use service and scheduling software proficiently Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of automotive systems and services is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional training related to customer service or automotive services is an advantage
