Automotive Service Writer

Job Descrption: I am looking for service writer/assistant manager to help me run a small auto repair shop near Coral Gables, Skills/Abilities Required: Basic knowledge of automotive systems and experience estimating repairs. Able to communicate well with customers and with repair technicians to guide customers through the repair process Able to process payments, work with invoicing software (Mitchell 1), and online parts ordering via (WorldPac, IMC, SSF, Northside, local dealerships, etc.). Able to maintain a light inventory of oil filters and shop supplies. And to be able to open and close the shop if needed. Other Considerations Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not a requirement. In addition to the base pay, there is also a sales commission.
