Automotive Service Writer

Good Carma Automotive is looking for an experienced service writer. We are an independent import shop that has been operating successfully for twenty-five plus years and are known for consistent customer satisfaction, staff loyalty and an excellent work culture . Job tasks include Skillfully communicating with customers regarding repair and maintenance needs Preparing estimates, ordering parts and assembling work orders Working with technicians to communicate customer needs and overseeing the completion of work Fielding busy phone lines. Maintaining an organized and clean office area.
