**Automotive Supply Route Sales Representative – Greater Phoenix, AZ Region Würth USA** is seeking an Automotive Supply Route Sales Representative to serve an active book of business in the Greater Phoenix, AZ Region. This is a hands-on, field-based role combining sales, account management, and physical inventory work. You will be expected to sell, build relationships, and physically manage product inside customer locations. Geographical Footprint This role will serve customers in the Greater Phoenix, AZ region extending north to Flagstaff, AZ and south to Tucson, AZ with some drives spanning 2+ hours one way What You’ll Do Manage and grow nearly 150 active accounts Prospect and develop new business Stock, organize, and replenish inventory at customer sites Move, handle, and position equipment (ORSY systems, vending machines) as needed Travel across a large, combined territory (north + south Phoenix market) Overnight travel required at times Handle customer concerns, follow-ups, and operational issues Compensation Total Target Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 Base Salary: ~$42,000 – $45,500 Bonus Structure Begins at 90% performance Scales to 150% Based on sales + product mix Top-End Earnings: ~$78,000+ Company Vehicle + Gas Card Provided Day-to Day Reality 100% field-based (no office days) 5 days per week on the road 8:00 AM start at first stop / 5:00 PM finish at last Large territory with significant driving Physical, hands-on work daily What You Need To Succeed Self-starter mentality Strong organization and time management Willingness to do physical, hands-on work Ability to prospect and grow accounts Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ideal Background Automotive parts counter Hands-on automotive or industrial experience Route sales or service roles Candidates who understand shop environments Avoid This Job If You… Want a desk job or minimal driving Prefer a pure sales role without hands-on work Aren’t comfortable stocking product or lifting equipment Don’t want to prospect or build new business Need a tightly structured, supervised day Have a history of short tenures No Internal Competition We run lean & mean here at Würth USA, so you won’t be sharing customers with any other reps in your territory Excellent Company Culture We have a fun and upbeat company culture where you can be yourself.
