In this role, you will be at the forefront of automotive service, utilizing your skills to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles. Whether you’re working on advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) or performing routine maintenance, your contributions will ensure our customers enjoy safe and efficient rides. What you’ll do Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions. Execute repairs on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, and electrical systems. Conduct alignment services and ensure vehicles meet safety standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional service and explain repair processes clearly. Maintain accurate records of services performed and assist with auto estimating for repairs. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including GM vehicles and diesel engine repair. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by interpreting schematics for complex systems. Basic qualifications Proven experience as a service technician in an automotive environment. Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance. Preferred qualifications Dealership experience with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with a wide range of automotive technologies and their applications in modern vehicles. Experience working with both gasoline and diesel engines.
