Automotive Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles. This is a full-time position at our dealership, where you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of vehicles and provide exceptional customer service. Duties Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles, such as engine problems, transmission issues, and brake malfunctions Use automotive diagnostic equipment to identify electrical system problems and perform necessary repairs Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate estimates for repair costs Weld and fabricate components as needed for repairs or modifications Keep detailed records of all repairs and services performed on vehicles Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided Skills: Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals Experience with welding and fabrication techniques Knowledge of auto estimating software to provide accurate repair cost estimates Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices Understanding of powertrain components and their functions Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced dealership environment If you are a skilled Automotive Technician looking for a challenging role in a reputable dealership, we encourage you to apply.
