RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair. Perform thorough diagnostic procedures to accurately identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate repairs. Inspect vehicles in accordance with state emissions and safety requirements. Complete necessary repairs and perform test drives to verify vehicle performance and repair quality. Operate all automotive repair tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Participate in ongoing in-house training and skill development. Perform frequent physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and squatting. Lift and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs as required. Maintain accurate, legible documentation for customer records and internal use. Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment. Remain fully compliant with all company HR trainings and policies. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.
