Automotive Technician – High-Level A Tech / Strong B Tech in 18103 Automotive Technician – High-Level A Tech / Strong B Tech Land Rover Allentown - Bennett Automotive Group Location: Allentown, PA If you are an experienced automotive technician who is tired of being relied on for everything while being invested in for nothing, this might be worth your time. We are a well-established luxury automotive service operation in the Lehigh Valley looking for a strong A-level technician or a highly capable B-tech ready to step up. This role exists because our shop is busy, our standards are high, and we believe technicians are the most important people in the building. This is not a churn-and-burn shop and it is not a stepping stone. We are looking for someone who wants stability, growth, and respect. What You Will Be Doing Diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle concerns Supporting and collaborating with our foreman on advanced diagnostics Working on late-model vehicles with consistent workflow Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety Contributing to a professional, team-oriented shop environment What You Are Walking Into Clean, climate-controlled facility Organized workflow with plenty of work Modern equipment and diagnostic tools Leadership that understands technician challenges Factory training and continued education opportunities Ability to grow into advanced certifications and leadership What We Are Looking For Strong diagnostic and electrical skills A-level technician or experienced B-tech ready to advance PA Inspection and Emissions License preferred ASE certifications a plus Professional attitude and pride in workmanship Someone who wants to grow, not hide in a corner bay Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive hourly pay based on experience Potential sign-on bonus or tool bonus for the right candidate Multiple bay availability depending on skill level Paid training and factory certification investment Health benefits, paid time off, and a stable long-term home If you feel underappreciated, stagnant, or stuck supporting everyone else without support yourself, we should talk.
