We are looking for an HIGH LEVEL EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN WITH THE ABILITY TO DIAGNOSE VEHICLES WITH DATA DRIVEN RESULTS, TROUBLE TREES AND HIGH END ELECTRICAL KNOWLEDGE and be self sufficient doing it. Oscilloscope/ lab SCOPE experience is a plus We want someone that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We currently see higher average repair orders than most due to our ability to provide complete repairs, maintenance and performance and have standards in place to succeed. Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technicians usually start at $80-100k per year and can make 110-120K with proper work flow habits and a drive for success with a great work life balance, going home in time for dinner and weekends off. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and mechanical inspections to identify issues and determine required repairs. THIS IS A MAJOR REQUIREMENT AND MUST BE SELF SUFFICIENT AT DIAGNOSTICS AND HIGH LEVEL ELECTRICAL/PROBLEMSOLVING Repair and maintain vehicles focusing on powertrain, electrical systems, and overall vehicle performance; perform advanced troubleshooting and road-test after service. Use hand and power tools, alignments, and specialty equipment to complete repairs with precision; follow OEM guidelines and safety protocols. Communicate findings and repair plans clearly with customers and team; provide maintenance recommendations to extend vehicle life.
