Responsibilities Thoroughly inspect customer vehicles and car lot vehicles, identify and communicate findings to the appropriate team members. Look up parts using our parts systems (RepairLink and PartsTech). Perform diagnostics using a wide variety of test equipment including scan tools, lab scopes and multimeters. Perform repairs on all vehicle systems, including internal engine repair, timing systems, camshafts, and head gaskets. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining high-quality service. Qualifications Solid mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical systems, HVAC, alignment and suspension. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting, parasitic draw testing, and load testing circuits. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
