Automotive Technician/Mechanic

Automotive Technician Tom's Auto Service is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a busy, locally owned repair shop that values quality work, teamwork, and work-life balance. We work primarily on American and Asian vehicles with very few European vehicles. If you are dependable, take pride in your repairs, and want to work in a clean, air-conditioned shop with no weekend schedule, we’d like to hear from you. Pay $45,000–$75,000 per year Pay based on experience and ability Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM No weekends Overtime with approval Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle concerns and perform repairs Perform Pennsylvania state and emissions inspections General automotive maintenance and repair Tire installation and service Maintain clean and accurate work practices HVAC service Suspension service Be able to work independently Qualifications Minimum 4 years of automotive shop experience Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles Pennsylvania State Inspection (REQUIRED) Emissions License preferred Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED) Strong work ethic and positive attitude What We Offer Air-conditioned shop Steady workflow Mostly American and Asian vehicle repair No weekend hours Friendly team environment Established local business with loyal customers Paid time off Simple IRA matching Work boot reimbursement Parts at cost Paid holidays Tool allowance Apply today to join a shop where your experience and skills are appreciated.
