Job DescriptionJob Description Overview Group 1 Honda Kingwood is growing and looking to add Auto Tech Trainees / Lube Technicians to our team at our high-volume Honda dealership! We’re seeking individuals who are currently enrolled in or have completed an automotive training program and are eager to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Our technicians take pride in their work, are committed to delivering a great customer experience, and enjoy being part of a team that supports growth and development. Responsibilities Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors Qualifications Completion of or current enrollment in an automotive training/education program required ASE Certifications are a plus!
