Job Description
Wrench Masters is seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and brake inspections Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and other vehicle systems Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner Communicate with service advisors about vehicle issues and recommended repairs Keep tools and work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations Stay current on new automotive technology and repair techniques Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification preferred ASE certification or equivalent is a plus 2+ years of automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience and certifications) Paid time off and holidays Retirement match Opportunities for advancement and continued education Friendly and supportive work environment Join Wrench Masters and help us keep our customers on the road safely and confidently!
