Shaub-Ellison Co is associated with Les Schwab Tires and is a family owned business since 1929.Les Schwab Tire Company has been in business since 1952 and our employees deliver World Class Customer Service.In return, we provide them with a generous bonus, benefit program and outstanding promotional opportunities.Shaub-Ellison is an equal opportunity employer Sales & Administration Position Summary:The Sales & Administration position is responsible for performing administrative duties related to store accounting and operations, assisting in the sales of tires and wheels to customers, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Greeting Customers with excellent customer service Discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs and other issues Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures Complete customer billing, process payments and close out work orders Verify accuracy of daily cash counts and bank deposits Assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program Assists with store inventory Pick up merchandise and parts when needed Experience:Shaub-Ellison offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; occasional lifting of weight up to 20 pounds; continuous standing and walking Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.65 - 26.45 per hour Why work for Shaub Ellison?
