Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our dynamic team.In this vital role, you will manage the processing of vehicle titles, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and support our dealership's smooth operations.Your expertise in title processing, research, and customer service will help us provide seamless transactions for our valued customers. Duties Prepare and process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently in accordance with state and local regulations Prepare titles for wholesale and auction transactions, including dealer resales Verify documentation completeness and ensure all paperwork meets legal standards before submission Collaborate with finance, sales, and legal teams to resolve title discrepancies or issues promptly Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related documentation Stay current on state title laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Provide exceptional customer service by explaining title processes and answering client inquiries professionally Follow up on outstanding wholesale trade titles, including those with payoffs Experience Join us at Springs Automotive Group where your expertise will contribute to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in a lively, supportive environment! 1year of automotive title clerk experience (preferred, not required) Knowledge of automotive title processes and compliance requirements Strong attention to detail with high data-entry accuracy Excellent communication and follow-up skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Reliability and strong work ethic Pay:$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
