Job OverviewJoin our Specialist Dealership team as an Automotive Title Specialist and become a vital part of our vehicle transaction process! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients, dealerships, and internal teams.Your expertise will help streamline title workflows, reduce errors, and support our commitment to delivering seamless vehicle ownership transfers.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career in automotive administration.Duties Review and verify vehicle title documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws.Conduct research using various resources such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and legal databases to resolve title discrepancies or issues.Process title applications efficiently through state DMV systems, ensuring timely issuance of titles and registrations.Collaborate with law offices and legal teams to interpret real estate law as it pertains to vehicle titles when necessary.Maintain meticulous records of all title transactions, updates, and correspondence for audit purposes.Provide excellent customer service by guiding clients through the title process, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.Assist in training new team members on title processing procedures and regulatory requirements.Requirements knowledge of real estate law as it applies to vehicle titles and ownership transfers.Proven experience in research methods related to legal documents or vehicle history reports.Familiarity with title processing systems, DMV procedures, and related documentation.Basic understanding of GIS technology to support location-based research when needed.Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.Experience working within a law office or legal environment is highly desirable.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards.Join us in delivering exceptional service by ensuring every vehicle transfer is handled with precision!
