AV Creative Director

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid / Fully Onsite is also available) Introduction We are seeking a Creative Director to oversee AV Series, Film, and Multi-Title Creative for our Apple TV service. This department conceptualizes and builds the A/V needs for all Apple TV Original Content that will be distributed across a range of paid and owned media channels. This role requires maintaining positive relationships and expertise in telling stories, on any platform, that drive fan engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications At least 5 years of creative experience leading title and/or brand creative Proven ability to build and direct high-quality A/V creative Develop and deliver creative solutions to an Apple standard Proficient in TV, Digital, and Social advertising formats and methodologies Collaborative and team-oriented approach with experience in a quick-moving and cross-functional environment International experience or experience working with global teams Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel Prior work experience at Apple or in Apple's Industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in leading creative teams in a fast-paced organization Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills Creative sensibility that extends across content genres Day-to-Day Responsibilities Work with strategy leads and marketing distribution teams to identify opportunities and develop engaging AV Creative. Lead Writer / Producer talent to develop the Creative output. Direct external agency partners to develop A/V output. Create and manage against schedules and budgets. Cross-functional relationship building to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction. Articulate creative plans to Apple TV leadership and cross-functional partners.
