Job SummaryQA Systems is looking for an outstanding individual to join our AV Integration team for an exciting learning experience.We're looking for a communicative, dependable Sales Associate to join our AV integration team.In this industry, clients are trusting us with complex, high-stakes projects -- and the difference between winning a deal and losing one often comes down to how quickly and clearly we respond.You'll be the connective tissue between our clients and our technical team, keeping everyone informed and confident throughout the process.We'll teach you the technology; what we need from you is exceptional follow-through and communication ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their AV needs and help identify the right solutions.Support senior sales staff and project managers throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to project handoff.Prepare quotes and proposals using our quoting and CRM software.Develop working knowledge of key product lines including displays, projectors, control systems, audio equipment, and video conferencing solutions.Follow up on inbound leads and assist with outreach to generate new business opportunities.Attend site walk-throughs with clients to assess spaces and document requirements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, communications, and pipeline activity in the CRM.Stay current on industry trends, new product releases, and manufacturer training programs(AVIXA/CTS certification support provided).Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other channels -- same-day responses are the standard we hold ourselves to.Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, keeping them informed at every stage from initial conversation to project handoff.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals in a timely manner.Set clear expectations with clients around timelines, scope, and next steps, and follow through consistently.Proactively follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients rather than waiting to be contacted.Flag potential issues or delays to the team early so clients are never caught off guard.Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all client communications and pipeline activity in the CRM.QUALIFICATIONS ? A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential -- you write clearly, speak confidently, and know how to tailor your message to your audience.You are known for being responsive and reliable; people can count on you to get back to them.Strong organizational and follow-up skills with a keen attention to detail.A genuine interest in technology, particularly audio/visual or smart systems, is preferred.Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as inside sales, customer service, or account coordination is an advantage.Familiarity with AV brands or systems is a bonus but not required-- we provide full product training.Comfort with basic computer software like Office, Adobe,Gmail and google drive is expected.WHAT WE OFFER?
