About the Role This is a hands-on + strategic role focused on attracting top sales talent while improving recruiting processes, managing pipelines, and influencing hiring decisions. You’ll work closely with HRBP, leadership, and external partners to build scalable, data-driven hiring strategies and ensure strong delivery.
