About Company:Anthony's is a family-owned group of restaurants with 25 locations across the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.For over 50 years, we've been dedicated to showcasing the best of the region through fresh local seafood, in-season ingredients, and genuine hospitality.Our deep commitment to quality is reflected in our unique approach--we operate our own wholesale company, which allows us to source directly from local fishermen, ranchers, and trusted partners.This ensures that only the freshest, highest-quality food makes it to our kitchens each day.Because of this dedication to excellence, Anthony's is not only a great place to dine--it's also a great place to work.We're looking for quality people who share our passion for food, community, and hospitality to join our team.At Anthony's, we invest in our team members with competitive pay, consistent scheduling, opportunities for internal advancement, and a supportive work environment where people can grow their skills and build lasting careers.Whether you're just getting started or looking for your next step in the industry, we welcome individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and bring a warm, welcoming spirit to the table.About the Role:1) Order packing a) Accurate and expedient packing of all fresh, frozen and non-seafood items for delivery to the restaurants.b) Knowledge of all packing techniques for Eastern Washington restaurants including box weight limits, product pairings and labeling/Strapping.c) Pack alder planks in boxes for restaurants 2) Product icing and storage a) Weigh and ice fresh fish for storage in insulated containers.Labeling/dating of containers.b) Weighing of frozen Ling cod and Halibut for thawing in thaw totes and documenting procedures of weights.3) Inventory Take daily fresh fish and Shellfish inventory.4) Maintenance and clean up a) Wash down of fresh fish production area as required.b) Pressure washing of fresh production area and knowledge of correct sanitation standards.c) Break down of boxes and garbage removal as necessary.d) Wash down and sanitation of fresh fish production totes.e) Sweep and clean freezer 5) HACCP program Learn Anthony's Seafood HACCP program and be able to fill out all necessary paperwork associated with it 6) Other duties as assigned by plant foreman or managers Minimum Qualifications:Be able to work with temperature extremes and wet floors Must be able to pack orders in a minus 10 degrees Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry Lift cases of product and fresh fish weighing up to 60 lbs on a frequent and regular basis.Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.Education:Ability to communicate in English is desirable.Experience:No experience required.Wage & Benefits Offered $$21.00 - $25.00 Hourly Benefits for eligible full-time team members include medical, dental, and vision insurance.Medical Insurance (Full Time 25hours) Dental Insurance (20Hours) Vision Insurance (20Hours) HSA (Required High Deductible Medical Plan to be eligible) Scholarships (Post Secondary, Ten Year Club, Culinary, Seasonal) Tuition Reimbursement 401K (After 1 year of employment) Meal Discounts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Lifeworks EAP and Wellness App PTO.
