Job Title: Azure DevOps Consultant (Terraform | AKS | CI/CD) 📍 Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) 💼 Job Type: Contract (6 Months – Extendable) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Consultant with strong expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and Azure cloud environments . The ideal candidate will help design, implement, and optimize DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using reusable YAML templates Manage and optimize Azure DevOps services including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Boards Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or ARM/Bicep Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes (AKS preferred) Build and publish Docker container images following best practices Automate operational and deployment tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python Implement secure access controls using RBAC, Managed Identities, Service Principals, and Key Vault Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production environments Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to improve deployment and operational efficiency Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD / Release Engineering Expertise in Terraform and/or ARM/Bicep Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash Understanding of IAM, RBAC, and secure secrets management Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident troubleshooting Nice to Have Python scripting experience Experience with enterprise cloud modernization initiatives Exposure to DevOps assessment and roadmap planning
