Job Description
Job Summary (Sr IT Architect - Azure SysOps) Implement and operate Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep and/or Terraform). Design and codify security controls for Azure environments. Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of infrastructure platforms. Support cloud cost optimization and capacity planning. Automate Day 2 operational and security tasks for cloud applications. Drive automation of monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows. Build and deploy containerized workloads; manage scaling, upgrades, and patching. Automate patching, security hardening, and system updates. Standardize environment builds and enforce consistency across dev, test, and production. Troubleshoot development, QA, CA, and production Azure resource instances. Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and on-call rotation for critical infrastructure services. Partner with cross-functional teams to align delivery models and ensure project success. Govern Azure DevOps workflows for infrastructure projects using agile methodologies. Produce technical assessments, documentation, and recommendations for management. Manage and deploy Azure App Services, .NET web apps, Azure SQL Databases, and related services, following security best practices.
