CoreField Supply - Rochester, NYJob Title:CSR - Contractor Service Representative (Counter Sales / Warehouse) Job SummaryClean Pro Supply dba CoreField Supply, is a growing national B2B retail distributor with six B2B retail locations (Rochester NY, Buffalo NY, Indianapolis IN, Cincinnati OH, Jacksonville FL, and Hartford CT) and more in development.We sell professional-grade floor coatings, concrete surface-prep equipment, tools, and supplies as well as carpet-cleaning and water-restoration products.Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent, knowledgeable service Answer phone calls within 3 rings and respond to voicemails, texts, and social messages same day Greet every walk-in, diagnose the job, recommend the right system, and close the sale Build and send same-day material take-offs and equipment quotes; follow up relentlessly Pull and stage orders from stocked inventory Demo grinders, vacuums, dust collectors, and other surface-prep equipment Receive freight (LTL and parcel), verify shipments, stock shelves, and rotate inventory Process customer payments Monitor and respond to emails, support tickets, shipping claims, and warranty claims Update product listings, pricing, and photos on our website Pick, Pack, and Ship Freight to customers and to other store locations Cross Train in other functional areas, such as equipment repair and product packaging & production Keep accurate inventory counts and notify management for re-orders Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom and warehouse at all times Proactively identify ways to grow local sales and improve the customer experience Build long-term relationships with contractors and become their go-to supplier in the Western NY market Who thrives in this role? You've poured or prepped concrete floors yourself and can talk coatings all day You're comfortable running solo but stay disciplined when no one's watching You hate losing a sale more than you like making one Heat, dust, and heavy materials are just part of the job Required Hands-on experience installing or working with epoxy/polyaspartic coatings (huge advantage) Friendly, confident, and able to explain technical products in plain English Valid Driver's License clean background check Comfortable with Gmail, NetSuite, ShipStation, ERP Systems, POS Systems, etc Able to repeatedly lift 70lbs in a non-climate-controlled warehouse Perfect attendance mindset and reliable transportation Preferred Previous counter-sales or retail experience in construction, paint, or flooring supply Current or recent forklift certification (or willing to obtain) Benefits $18-$24/hour based on experience (weekly pay, direct deposit) Almost No Weekends (Very rare Saturday's, only for special events) Paid Holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time 401(k) with company match after 90 days Medical, Dental, Vision available Position Type:Full-TimeSchedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 7:30am-4:00pm Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Construction:1 year (Preferred) Customer service:1 year (Required) License/Certification:Forklift Certification (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
