We are hiring! Infant Room Lead Teacher – Full Time at Children First Child Care Center Do you have a passion for caring for infants and creating a warm, nurturing environment where babies can grow and thrive? We are looking for a dependable, loving, and motivated individual to join our team as the Lead Teacher in our baby room! Responsibilities Include: Providing attentive and responsive care to infants Creating a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities Building positive relationships with families and coworkers Maintaining licensing and health/safety standards Supervising and guiding assistant teachers in the classroom Supporting infants’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Be prepared to meet the children and parents where they are at in this great adventure we call life Qualifications: Experience working with infants or in early childhood education preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Must meet South Dakota childcare licensing requirements What We Offer: Supportive work environment Meaningful and rewarding work Paid training opportunities Childcare discount eligibility Opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families If you are compassionate, patient, and passionate about early childhood, we would love to hear from you!
