Duties Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes. Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all kitchen activities. Support menu planning by preparing ingredients and assisting in the creation of daily specials. Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety. Contribute to meal assembly, plating, and presentation to meet our restaurant’s high standards. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring smooth service. Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient operations. Requirements Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable. Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry. Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining environments is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous kitchen experience demonstrating familiarity with culinary tools and equipment.
